- • The Senior Functional Business Analyst at Curriculum Associates will clarify complex business problems, shape problem framing, and translate needs into actionable requirements that guide solution development, ensuring business needs are accurately captured and advanced through the development lifecycle via cross-functional collaboration with innovation leaders.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading stakeholder discovery for complex initiatives, facilitating workshops and interviews, shaping problem statements, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with Scrum teams, leading UAT coordination, owning process documentation, and mentoring junior BAs while driving strategic recommendations based on observed outcomes.
