• • The Senior Global Benefits Specialist role is critical to ensuring seamless administration of employee benefits, leave programs, and immigration support across RealNetworks’ global workforce in the USA, Canada, and India, directly impacting employee experience and operational compliance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations; liaising with insurance brokers and carriers; administering retirement plans; leading open enrollment; processing leave documentation; supporting HRIS and onboarding/offboarding; coordinating visa renewals and green card applications; conducting new hire orientations; and maintaining learning management systems.
