- • The Senior Global Extended Workforce Compliance Lead designs and implements compliance frameworks for OpenAI’s extended workforce program, balancing business momentum with strong compliance foundations to support international growth.
- • The role involves leading and advancing the extended workforce program, developing country-specific compliance guidance, maintaining compliance standards and controls, and embedding compliance into day-to-day workflows such as VMS processes, onboarding, offboarding, and worker lifecycle management.
- • The role reports to the Head of Extended Workforce and partners closely with Legal, People Compliance, People Team, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance approaches align with business needs and risk tolerance.
- • The person in this role will develop scalable guidance interpreting legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions, drive resolution of complex compliance matters, and mature compliance programs in a high-growth, ambiguous environment while building trust with senior stakeholders through clear communication.
