📋 Description

• As a Senior Global Product Manager at Glow25 GmbH, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end product lifecycle for a rapidly growing beauty and pro-aging brand, ensuring that innovative, market-responsive products reach consumers across Europe and beyond with strategic precision and operational excellence.
• You will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to derive actionable insights that shape the product portfolio, translating data into clear strategic recommendations that align with Glow25’s mission of delivering lasting ‘Glow-Moments’ to its community.
• You will own the commercial conception, planning, execution, and global launch of new and existing products, managing cross-functional workflows to ensure timely, compliant, and market-ready introductions that maximize commercial potential and brand impact.
• You will establish and maintain a structured product development process, acting as the central hub between internal teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain, regulatory) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers, agencies) to ensure alignment, transparency, and real-time access to critical product information throughout the lifecycle.
• You will lead KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to measure product performance, optimize go-to-market strategies, and continuously improve portfolio efficiency and profitability.
• You will collaborate closely with agile, mission-driven teams in a remote-first European environment, contributing to a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and inclusive innovation where your voice shapes both product outcomes and organizational growth.
• You will develop deep expertise in regulated consumer goods industries (supplements, food, cosmetics), mastering the intersection of commercial strategy, regulatory compliance, and consumer-centric innovation — positioning yourself as a strategic leader in the D2C beauty and wellness space.
• You will grow your leadership and influence by mentoring junior stakeholders, refining cross-functional processes, and championing data-informed product stewardship that scales with Glow25’s ambition to redefine beauty through science, sustainability, and soul.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of industry-specific experience in a D2C company within the dietary supplement, food, or cosmetics sector
• Proven expertise in commercial product development and multi-project management
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with Asana is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market, trend, and consumer data to derive strategic product recommendations
• Strong regulatory knowledge and practical application in product development and compliance
