  • • Own end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, YouTube, and Display with full accountability for performance and scaling of 6-figure monthly budgets
  • • Design and execute structured testing frameworks to identify high-performing creatives, keywords, audiences, and Smart Bidding strategies to maximize ROI
  • • Build and maintain a scalable operational structure for running and expanding campaigns across multiple global regions
  • • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad concepts and messaging, providing data-driven feedback to improve creative performance
  • • Leverage analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and MixPanel to build custom performance analyses, attribution models, and reporting frameworks
  • • Work in close partnership with the data team to integrate insights from user behavior and conversion tracking into campaign optimization strategies
  • • Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing campaigns and allocate budget toward initiatives with the highest potential return
  • • Drive sustainable increases in ad spend while maintaining or improving key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC
  • • Maintain deep expertise in Google Ads account architecture, conversion tracking setup, audience targeting methodologies, and campaign optimization best practices
  • • Present clear, actionable insights and performance recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders using data visualization and clear communication
  • • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision, taking initiative to experiment, iterate, and scale successful tactics
  • • Continuously monitor campaign performance across time zones and adjust strategies in real-time to respond to regional trends and market shifts
  • • Ensure all campaigns comply with Google’s advertising policies and industry standards while pushing the boundaries of performance marketing innovation
  • • Manage campaign budgets with precision, balancing growth objectives with cost efficiency to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • • Translate business goals into tactical Google Ads strategies that align with overall company growth objectives and user acquisition KPIs
  • • Maintain documentation of campaign structures, testing results, and optimization workflows to ensure institutional knowledge and team scalability
  • • Advocate for data-informed decision-making across the organization, influencing product and creative teams through performance insights
  • • Stay current with updates to Google Ads platforms, features, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage in user acquisition
  • • Coordinate campaign launches and optimizations across multiple countries, adapting messaging and targeting to local cultural and behavioral nuances
  • • Drive continuous improvement in campaign efficiency by eliminating underperforming assets and reallocating spend to top-performing segments
  • • Demonstrate ownership of campaign outcomes, taking responsibility for both successes and failures while iterating rapidly to improve results
  • • Work within the CET time zone (±4 hours) to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams during core working hours
  • • Contribute to a culture of ambition, experimentation, and results-driven performance aligned with the company’s mission to revolutionize digital astrology
