📋 Description

• Lead the design of high-impact PowerPoint presentations, including layouts, data visualizations, infographics, icons, and scalable master templates to enhance team efficiency and brand consistency
• Design compelling visual assets for marketing materials, digital campaigns, and internal communications that align with corporate brand standards and strategic business objectives
• Own the full creative process from initial concept development through final delivery, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and strategically aligned visual stories
• Provide constructive peer reviews and mentorship to elevate the quality and consistency of the broader creative team’s output
• Proactively identify and resolve creative bottlenecks by streamlining workflows and improving design processes across departments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, sales enablement, and business teams to ensure design deliverables meet strategic goals and stakeholder expectations
• Champion brand integrity by enforcing strict adherence to visual guidelines, typography standards, color palettes, and design quality across all deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and consistently meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Apply expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint to produce polished, professional-grade design assets
• Demonstrate art direction sensibility by balancing big-picture strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail in every design element
• Maintain a portfolio that showcases sophisticated design thinking, strong typographic skills, and the ability to transform data and abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives
• Operate independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work under pressure while upholding professional standards
• Embrace a collaborative spirit, giving and receiving feedback with professionalism and emotional intelligence to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Stay curious about technology trends and innovation, and actively explore how design can drive measurable business outcomes in B2B and enterprise contexts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional design experience, including significant work in presentation design and corporate visual communications
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design thinking, strong typography, and the ability to translate data and ideas into compelling visuals
• Art direction sensibility with the ability to balance strategic vision and granular design execution
• Experience working in B2B, technology, or enterprise environments (preferred)
