Senior Growth Business Analyst (Remote)

📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end analytics for new revenue at Huckleberry, building a 360° view of how more than 5 million families discover, try, and pay for our life-changing parenting products. You will stitch together data from web, iOS, Android, paid marketing, organic search, referral programs, and lifecycle CRM to illuminate every growth lever.
• • Translate raw numbers into persuasive stories that influence product roadmaps, marketing budgets, and executive decisions. You’ll present findings to founders, VPs, and cross-functional squads, turning “interesting” charts into “let’s ship this next week” conviction.
• • Design and maintain the single source of truth for growth KPIs—CAC, LTV, activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, ARPU, payback period—ensuring every team speaks the same language and leadership can see performance in real time.
• • Partner with the Growth PM to run a high-velocity experimentation engine. You’ll craft test plans, calculate required sample sizes, monitor guardrail metrics, and deliver post-test read-outs that determine whether we scale, iterate, or sunset each initiative.
• • Build self-service dashboards in Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau that democratize data for marketers, designers, and engineers, cutting ad-hoc request volume by 50 % and freeing you for deeper strategic work.
• • Own data integrity across the growth stack—BigQuery, AppsFlyer, Braze, Segment, and internal ETL pipelines—auditing tagging specs, diagnosing funnel drop-offs, and collaborating with Engineering to fix gaps before they skew decisions.
• • Conduct quarterly “growth archeology” deep dives: cohort LTV curves, channel incrementality, pricing elasticity, upsell sequence optimization, and churn predictive models. Surface bold bets (e.g., new paywall, geo expansion, creator partnerships) backed by quantified upside and risk.
• • Mentor junior analysts and PMs on SQL best practices, experiment design, and statistical storytelling, raising the analytics bar across the company as we scale from 5 million to 20 million families.
• • Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and tooling—whether it’s SKAdNetwork 4.0, privacy-first attribution, or generative AI for content testing—so Huckleberry remains a category leader in ethical, data-driven growth.
• • Champion a culture where evidence beats opinion. You’ll run weekly “growth insight jams,” publish bite-sized data nuggets on Slack, and celebrate wins that translate directly into more parents sleeping better tonight.
