📋 Description

• As a Senior Growth Data Scientist at Binance.US, you will serve as the embedded data science partner to the Marketing team, bringing rigorous, data-driven decision-making to a function that currently lacks dedicated analytical support, directly influencing how the company invests in growth and measures marketing effectiveness.
• Day to day, you will build and own the marketing measurement foundation—including event tracking, attribution windows, and KPI frameworks—develop core models for LTV, ROAS, CAC, and retention, design and analyze A/B tests across the customer funnel, and create self-serve dashboards that give Marketing and leadership clear visibility into performance.
• You will sit within Binance.US’s Data organization, working closely with performance, lifecycle, brand, and growth teams, as well as Data Engineering and MMP/ad-platform partners, in a remote-first, innovative environment focused on bridging traditional finance and Web3 to expand financial freedom.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the analytical foundation of a fast-growing marketing org, influence strategic budget allocation, and grow into a leadership position as the function matures, with a clear path to build and lead a team underneath you.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years in marketing/growth analytics or data science, ideally at a consumer-facing tech, fintech, or startup
• Advanced SQL and comfort working with large-scale data in modern warehouse environments
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling
• Strong grounding in marketing attribution, experimentation and statistics, funnel analysis, retention, ARPU, and LTV
• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer preferred): SDK/event setup and attribution modeling
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Excellent communication and the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
• A self-starter comfortable building from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
