📋 Description

• Senior Growth Manager role focused on owning user acquisition for the Ghanaian diaspora in the UK, driving growth through community engagement and data-informed strategies
• Day-to-day responsibilities include traveling across the UK 3–5 days every 2–3 weeks to represent LemFi at events, building partnerships with community leaders, designing acquisition campaigns, and serving as the internal voice of the Ghanaian user
• LemFi is a Series B fintech building a financial ecosystem for the Global South, processing over $1B in monthly transactions across 30+ countries with a team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries
• The role offers the opportunity to act as a founder for the Ghanaian UK market, directly influencing product and marketing with real user insights while creating measurable impact on financial inclusion for immigrant communities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in growth, sales, or marketing in a fast-paced environment with experience owning and hitting targets
• Deep, genuine connection to the Ghanaian community in the UK, including understanding of culture, trust signals, and networks
• Strong analytical instincts to read acquisition data, identify issues, and adjust strategies quickly
• Experience building and managing community or partner relationships from initial contact to signed agreement and live activation
• Self-directed and effective in a remote, field-heavy role without needing hand-holding
• Comfortable using AI tools (L2 minimum) to speed up research, draft communications, and surface insights
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, including occasional weekends
