Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end responsibility for a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and the internal team when issues arise or opportunities emerge.
- • Drive top-line revenue growth by directly influencing and optimizing the performance of advertiser campaigns, measured solely on the revenue you generate, not on activity or hours worked.
- • Actively manage and adjust Almedia’s internal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets on an hourly basis across offers, geos, and operating systems using Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Almedia’s internal Freecash AI platform.
- • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become advertiser complaints by monitoring key metrics, anticipating account needs, and initiating budget increases, geo expansions, or format tests on schedule.
- • Serve as the critical bridge between commercial teams and technical/engineering teams, translating advertiser-reported data anomalies into actionable engineering requests and communicating clear, timely updates back to partners.
- • Document and ship weekly improvements to the Growth team’s standard operating procedures, ensuring knowledge is captured and processes are continuously refined.
- • Shadow senior Growth Managers during the first 30 days, then take ownership of two small accounts (sub-€10K daily spend) to learn the core growth engine.
- • By days 31–60, manage a full book of 5–10 accounts, present your first KPI review to the Director or CEO, and contribute your first written process improvement.
- • By days 61–90, be treated as a named owner by the senior team, cover for peers during absences, and identify at least one non-obvious revenue lever within your account portfolio.
- • Beyond 90 days, progress along a defined career path from regional account ownership to country-level leadership, then to multi-country or vertical leadership (e.g., gaming, non-gaming), and ultimately to regional or global head roles with scalable salary and equity.
- • Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely, translating metrics like cohort revenue drops into actionable narratives understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Operate with high autonomy: triage, batch, and ship high-impact tasks without waiting for permission, prioritize load-bearing accounts over low-impact ones, and fix sub-optimal systems immediately while documenting improvements.
- • Embrace a fast-paced, iterative approach: make decisions on incomplete data, test quickly, observe outcomes over 7–14 days, and avoid both premature tuning and prolonged drift without resolution.
- • Maintain high standards for quality and ownership: when something is broken or inefficient, fix it and ensure the next person inherits a better process.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and Japanese
- • Proven ability to own and grow a book of advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
- • Experience using SQL-notebook tools like Hex, or comparable platforms such as Amplitude, Looker Studio, or MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular
- • Demonstrated skill in interpreting and acting on ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU metrics
- • Ability to communicate effectively between commercial stakeholders and technical engineering teams
- • Self-driven mindset with a history of taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and delivering measurable revenue impact
🏖️ Benefits
- • Bonus structure tied to top-line revenue growth
- • Clear career progression path with scalable salary and equity from regional ownership to global leadership roles
- • Opportunity to work with a high-speed, high-ownership team at Europe’s #3 fastest-growing company (FT1000, 2025)
- • Access to proprietary tools including Almedia’s internal Freecash AI platform and real-time data systems
