- • Drive revenue growth across the Korea market by acquiring new enterprise clients, expanding existing accounts, and identifying untapped opportunities in the AdTech ecosystem.
- • Own end-to-end market expansion initiatives, including localization strategy, partner onboarding, and regional go-to-market execution tailored to Korea’s digital advertising landscape.
- • Deeply understand Almedia’s AdTech platform—interact with publishers and advertisers on technical integrations involving SDKs, APIs, and monetization data pipelines.
- • Audit and redesign internal processes for client onboarding, data tracking, and performance reporting to eliminate bottlenecks and improve scalability.
- • Serve as the primary voice of the Korea market, translating real-time feedback from clients and partners into actionable product and engineering requirements.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align regional needs with global product roadmap priorities.
- • Conduct cold outreach and negotiate high-stakes partnerships with major Korean publishers, media companies, and app developers.
- • Analyze key performance metrics including $LTV$, $ROAS$, and attribution models to optimize campaign performance and client retention strategies.
- • Build and lead initiatives from 0 to 1, operating autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment where priorities shift quarterly based on impact potential.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical stakeholders and non-technical executives in Korean and English.
- • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions without waiting for direction, embodying extreme ownership across all responsibilities.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on process improvement, continuously refining workflows to support Almedia’s rapid scaling as Europe’s #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 (FT1000).
- • Represent Almedia at industry events, client meetings, and partnership discussions in Korea to strengthen brand presence and market credibility.
- • Work closely with the global Growth team to align Korea-specific strategies with broader international expansion goals.
- • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and report on key growth KPIs with precision and transparency.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in both English and Korean language
- • Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, business development, or sales within the AdTech or digital advertising industry
- • Ability to understand and discuss technical AdTech concepts including SDKs, APIs, $LTV$, $ROAS$, and attribution models
- • Proven track record of building processes from scratch and improving operational workflows in a fast-scaling startup environment
- • Strong sales instincts with experience in cold outreach, client negotiation, and closing enterprise deals
- • High autonomy and comfort with ambiguity; thrives in roles requiring extreme ownership and rapid iteration
