Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and the internal team responsible for account health and growth.
- • Drive top-line revenue growth by directly influencing and optimizing performance metrics, measured on outcomes not activity.
- • Manage and adjust Almedia’s internal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets hourly across offers, geos, and operating systems using Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Almedia’s internal Freecash AI.
- • Proactively identify and resolve issues before advertisers escalate them, including budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests based on data-driven insights.
- • Act as the bridge between commercial teams and technical/engineering teams, debugging data drift, coordinating engineering timelines, and translating technical findings into clear commercial updates for partners.
- • Document and ship weekly improvements to the Growth team’s standard operating procedures, ensuring continuous refinement of processes and knowledge retention.
- • Shadow senior Growth Managers during the first 30 days, then take ownership of two small accounts (sub-€10K daily spend) to learn the growth engine.
- • By days 31–60, manage a full book of 5–10 accounts, present your first KPI review to the Director or CEO, and contribute your first written process improvement.
- • By days 61–90, be treated as a named owner by the senior team, cover for peers during absences, and identify at least one non-obvious revenue lever within your account portfolio.
- • Beyond 90 days, progress along a defined career path from regional account ownership to country-level leadership, then to multi-country or vertical leadership (e.g., gaming, non-gaming), and ultimately to regional head (EMEA) or global roles.
- • Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely, translating metrics like cohort revenue drops into actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Maintain high standards by fixing sub-optimal processes and documenting improvements so future team members inherit better systems.
- • Prioritize impact over volume, focusing efforts on load-bearing accounts that drive the most monthly spend rather than spreading effort thinly across smaller accounts.
- • Act with autonomy and urgency: triage and execute on 10 high-impact items from a list of 28 without waiting for permission, and make decisions on incomplete data if the expected learning window is 7–14 days.
- • Stay ahead of account performance by anticipating advertiser needs and initiating tests or optimizations before being asked.
- • Use platform marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU to guide decisions, with onboarding provided for those unfamiliar with the specific Almedia framework.
- • Navigate attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular to interpret postbacks, resolve disputes, and explain View-Through Attribution to confused partners.
- • Demonstrate a track record of growing a book of business measurably, such as scaling a €2M/yr account portfolio to €8M/yr in 18 months.
- • Bring a mindset of ownership, initiative, speed, impact, and high standards — operating as an underdog who builds real outcomes, not just collects titles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience managing a book of advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
- • Proficiency in using SQL-notebook tools like Hex, data visualization platforms like Looker Studio, and analytics tools like Amplitude
- • Ability to interpret and act on platform marketing metrics including ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU
- • Demonstrated ability to translate between commercial stakeholders and technical engineering teams
- • Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular, including postback analysis and attribution dispute resolution
- • Proven track record of growing a measurable book of business (e.g., scaling from €2M/yr to €8M/yr in 18 months)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary range of $130K – $165K with bonus opportunity
- • Clear career progression path from regional accounts to country ownership to regional or global leadership roles
- • Equity compensation that scales with career advancement
- • Fully in-office work culture (5 days a week in New York office)
