Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and the internal team responsible for their performance.
- • Run the ROAS dial by tuning internal Return on Ad Spend targets hourly per offer, geo, and OS, translating cap-fill outcomes and retention targets into bid adjustments using Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and the internal Freecash AI.
- • Proactively identify and resolve issues before advertisers escalate them, including budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests, based on real-time performance data.
- • Act as the bridge between commercial partners and engineering teams, debugging data drifts, requesting backend fixes, and translating technical responses into clear communications for advertisers.
- • Redesign and improve Growth team processes weekly by documenting standard operating procedures, creating new KPI rules, escalation trees, and dashboard views to eliminate process debt.
- • Ship measurable improvements to the growth engine by identifying non-obvious revenue levers on your account book and implementing them without waiting for direction.
- • Shadow senior growth managers during account calls in your first 30 days, then take ownership of 2 small accounts (sub-€10K daily spend) to learn the core growth infrastructure.
- • By days 31–60, manage a full book of 5–10 accounts, lead your first KPI review with the Director or CEO, and contribute your first written process improvement.
- • By days 61–90, be treated as a named owner by the senior team, cover for peers during absences, and identify at least one non-obvious revenue opportunity on your accounts.
- • Grow beyond 90 days by expanding responsibility from individual accounts to regional coverage, then to full countries, multiple countries, or continents, with clear progression to EMEA or global ownership.
- • Operate with full autonomy: triage 28+ advertiser requests weekly, batch priorities, and ship high-impact actions without waiting for approval on obvious fixes.
- • Make decisions quickly using incomplete data—adjust ROAS targets within days, not weeks, and enforce a 14-day stabilization window before declaring a test result.
- • Focus impact on load-bearing accounts: prioritize moving €500K+ of monthly spend over optimizing smaller accounts.
- • Raise the bar by not only fixing sub-optimal systems but documenting improvements so future team members inherit better processes.
- • Work 5 days a week in the Berlin office to maintain high-energy momentum and collaboration within the 8-person Growth team.
- • Engage daily with platform marketing metrics including ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU, and navigate attribution systems like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular to resolve postback and View-Through Attribution disputes.
- • Leverage experience with rewarded UA platforms, advertiser-side tools, or media buying platforms such as Meta, Google, AppLovin, ironSource, or Unity Ads to optimize performance.
- • Translate between commercial and technical teams with equal fluency, speaking the language of advertisers and engineers in the same day.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience owning a book of advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA
- • Proven ability to interpret dashboards (Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Tableau) and identify performance anomalies within 30 seconds
- • Bilingual fluency in commercial communication with advertisers and technical collaboration with engineering teams
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling measurable business outcomes
- • Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular, including postback navigation and attribution dispute resolution
- • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth by increasing account spend (e.g., growing a €2M/yr book to €8M/yr in 18 months)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Equity ownership in a profitable, fast-growing company
- • Performance-based bonus structure
- • Central Berlin office with breakfasts and lunches provided
- • Urban Sports Club membership for fitness and wellness
- • Transport subsidy for commuting
- • Language learning support
