  • • As our growth trajectory continues, we recognize the need to move beyond conceptual strategies and into rigorous, data-driven execution. This pivotal role is designed to bridge that gap, transforming strategic initiatives into tangible results by taking ownership of critical growth channels from inception to completion. The Senior Growth Marketer will be instrumental in rapidly deploying experiments, meticulously analyzing their performance, and scaling successful strategies to ensure predictable and sustainable acquisition and activation metrics.
  • • This is an execution-first position for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driven by a passion for shipping, testing, learning, and scaling growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth campaigns hands-on, identifying and rectifying underperforming channels, and establishing repeatable processes that yield consistent, measurable outcomes, rather than relying on sporadic successes.
  • • The core responsibilities of this role include owning growth campaigns end-to-end, encompassing the entire lifecycle from initial planning and strategic development through to launch, continuous optimization, and eventual scaling. This involves managing multiple concurrent experiments focused on both acquisition and activation, ensuring a constant flow of innovation and learning.
  • • A significant aspect of the role will involve hands-on operation of paid and performance marketing channels. This includes meticulous targeting, strategic budget allocation, and rigorous creative testing to identify the most effective messaging and visuals. The Senior Growth Marketer will be tasked with diagnosing funnel performance at every stage, from initial user sign-up through to activation and conversion, and implementing data-backed improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Building and maintaining a rapid experimentation cadence is crucial. This requires developing clear, testable hypotheses and defining precise success metrics for each initiative. The ultimate goal is to systematically reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through ongoing testing and optimization across all relevant channels and creative assets.
  • • A key deliverable will be the identification of repeatable growth patterns that can be codified into scalable operational processes. This involves moving beyond one-off successes to build sustainable growth engines. Reporting on results will be a critical function, requiring clear, honest, and outcome-focused communication, emphasizing key learnings and actionable next steps.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. The Senior Growth Marketer will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure rapid iteration and swift deployment of growth-related improvements, fostering a cohesive and agile approach to achieving business objectives.
  • • This role is ideal for a senior growth marketer or a seasoned growth operator with a pronounced bias towards execution and a proven track record of driving tangible results. Essential is hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels and a demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent and effective testing cadence. A deep understanding of funnel dynamics, connecting channel performance to critical metrics like activation, conversion, Lifetime Value (LTV), and CAC, is indispensable.
  • • The ideal candidate is data-driven yet pragmatic, capable of making swift decisions even with incomplete information, and adept at identifying and scaling repeatable growth patterns that enhance efficiency. Comfort in managing multiple experiments concurrently while maintaining a sharp focus on prioritizing high-impact initiatives is expected. A low-ego, collaborative mindset that actively contributes to cross-functional velocity will be highly valued.
