- • Own the entire paid acquisition engine at Bubble, a company that has already empowered over 5 million users in 100+ countries to turn ideas into real, revenue-generating businesses without writing a single line of code. You will be the strategic architect and day-to-day executor of multimillion-dollar campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Microsoft Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and every emerging paid channel that can accelerate our mission of democratizing software creation.
- • Translate Bubble’s explosive organic traction into predictable, scalable, and efficient paid growth. You will set the budget, forecast conversions and revenue, and continuously re-allocate spend to the highest-performing audiences, keywords, and creative formats. Your dashboards will be the single source of truth that the executive team consults before every board meeting.
- • Design and run an always-on experimentation roadmap that tests bidding strategies, audience segments, ad copy, landing pages, and creative formats at a velocity that keeps Bubble ahead of privacy changes, algorithm updates, and competitive shifts. Every test you ship will feed directly into product-led growth loops that our self-serve users activate within minutes of signup.
- • Deep-dive into keyword expansion and negative-keyword sculpting to ensure Bubble owns every high-intent search moment for “no-code,” “build an app,” and hundreds of long-tail variations across multiple geos and languages. You will partner with SEO, content, and product teams to turn search insights into roadmap priorities and new feature launches.
- • Build and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance narratives that translate complex attribution data into clear, actionable insights for the Director of Growth Marketing, CFO, and CEO. Your reports will not only show what happened but prescribe exactly where to double-down or pull back next quarter.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, data science, and customer success to optimize the entire funnel—from first ad impression to activation, expansion, and advocacy. You will brief designers on thumb-stopping creative, work with engineers to instrument server-side tracking, and sit side-by-side with customer success to identify upsell triggers that paid media can amplify.
- • Stay on the bleeding edge of ad tech, privacy regulations (iOS ATT, GDPR, Chrome Privacy Sandbox), and platform betas. You will be Bubble’s internal thought leader who publishes playbooks, hosts lunch-and-learns, and ensures our growth stack evolves faster than the market.
- • Mentor junior marketers and agency partners, instilling a culture of hypothesis-driven growth, statistical rigor, and customer empathy. Your frameworks will become the standard that every new hire learns during onboarding.
- • Relish the energy of a hybrid NYC culture—whether you choose to work from our Manhattan office (with catered lunches and happy hours) or dial in remotely, you will prioritize in-person collaboration sessions that spark the next breakthrough campaign or creative concept.
