  • • **THE OPPORTUNITY:** We are actively seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who embodies a unique blend of demand generation expertise, technical systems acumen, and data analytics proficiency. This role is absolutely pivotal to scaling our content-led growth engine, with the primary objective of converting our extensive content inventory into measurable pipeline and revenue. You will serve as the technical architect and backbone, enabling our content, growth, and customer marketing teams to operate with maximum efficiency and scale, all while upholding the highest standards of data integrity and reporting clarity.
  • • This is far from a conventional marketing position. Your responsibilities will extend to architecting sophisticated workflows, implementing cutting-edge AI-driven automation, constructing robust and scalable demand generation systems, and taking full ownership of the analytics infrastructure that unequivocally demonstrates the impact of content on revenue.

  • • **DEMAND ORCHESTRATION (40%):** You will be the principal systems architect for our content-to-demand generation engine.
  • • **Build and Scale Content Funnels:** Collaborate closely with content pods to meticulously design, implement, and continuously optimize demand generation workflows that are strategically aligned with our core demand pillars.
  • • **Content-to-Lead Infrastructure:** Develop a comprehensive mapping of our vast content inventory—encompassing YouTube videos, blog articles, customer success stories, and newsletters—to specific lead magnets, gated assets, and critical conversion points. This ensures we maximize the value extracted from every single piece of content produced.
  • • **Cross-Functional Bridge:** Act as the essential technical liaison between the Content, Growth, and Customer Marketing teams, and the Demand Operations and Web teams. Your role will involve translating intricate business requirements into tangible technical implementations, ensuring seamless and clean lead capture, accurate attribution, and efficient data flow across all integrated systems.
  • • **Funnel Monitoring & Optimization:** Construct advanced dashboards and sophisticated alerting systems to diligently monitor funnel health, pinpoint critical bottlenecks, and proactively address conversion issues before they can negatively impact pipeline generation.
  • • **Success Metrics:** Key performance indicators will include demonstrable improvements in conversion rates across all content funnels, significant growth in lead volume generated from content assets, and a reduction in the time-to-market for new demand generation campaigns.
  • • **WORKFLOW BUILDING + AI SPECIALIZATION (35%):** You will be instrumental in creating the automation layer that exponentially multiplies team productivity.
  • • **Scalable Workflow Development:** Design and implement sophisticated workflows spanning demand generation, content operations, and customer marketing, with the explicit goal of eliminating manual tasks and minimizing operational errors.
  • • **AirOps Infrastructure Ownership:** Take full ownership of managing, optimizing, and expanding our AirOps implementation. This involves building AI-powered workflows for personalized content delivery, intelligent lead scoring, automated email sequences, and comprehensive data enrichment.
  • • **AI Integration & Innovation:** Proactively identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence across our entire demand generation technology stack. Implement innovative solutions utilizing ClickUp and other leading LLM platforms to enhance content creation processes, refine lead qualification, and optimize campaign performance.
  • • **Documentation & Enablement:** Develop comprehensive, easy-to-understand documentation for all implemented workflows and conduct thorough training sessions for team members on new systems and best practices.
  • • **Success Metrics:** Measurable outcomes will include the number of hours saved through automation initiatives, high workflow adoption rates by the teams, successful implementation of AI use cases, and a significant reduction in manual data entry tasks.
  • • **DATA & ANALYTICS (25%):** You will own the critical measurement framework that definitively proves the return on investment (ROI) of our content marketing efforts.
  • • **Content-to-Revenue Attribution:** Build and meticulously maintain a comprehensive analytics infrastructure capable of tracking content consumption from initial engagement through to pipeline generation and ultimately, closed revenue. This involves connecting metrics like YouTube views, blog traffic, and engagement data to workspace creation, trial starts, and influenced Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • • **Demand Gen Reporting:** Create executive-ready, real-time performance dashboards that provide clear visibility across all demand generation initiatives. Key metrics to track include funnel conversion rates, campaign performance, lead quality indicators, and pipeline velocity.
  • • **Data Quality & Governance:** Ensure the utmost data integrity across all systems. Implement robust validation rules, standardize naming conventions rigorously, and build automated checks to identify and rectify common data quality issues.
  • • **Insights & Recommendations:** Go beyond mere reporting of numbers. Analyze trends deeply, identify emerging opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations designed to drive measurable performance improvements.
  • • **Experimentation Framework:** Build the necessary infrastructure to robustly support A/B testing and experimentation across all demand generation activities, ensuring clear measurement protocols and statistical rigor.
  • • **Success Metrics:** Success will be measured by the accuracy of our content-to-revenue attribution models, the adoption rate of dashboards by leadership, high data quality scores, and the generation of insights that directly lead to measurable performance enhancements.
