- • As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at SoSafe GmbH, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our full-funnel growth strategy, directly contributing to the company's rapid expansion and market leadership in human risk management. You will operate within a dynamic, experienced growth marketing team, leveraging expertise across performance marketing, web development, SEO, experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing to drive sustainable and efficient business value.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and implement innovative growth initiatives that generate measurable pipeline and revenue. This involves a holistic approach, integrating various marketing disciplines to create a seamless and effective customer journey from initial awareness through to revenue generation and expansion.
- • You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our paid acquisition channels, with a specific focus on paid social platforms like LinkedIn and Meta. The goal is to efficiently drive qualified leads and opportunities, ensuring a strong return on investment and scalable performance.
- • A key aspect of this role is driving a culture of experimentation. You will lead initiatives to optimize landing pages, website user journeys, and lead capture forms. By leveraging data analytics and deep customer insights, you will continuously improve conversion rates and ensure consistent, upward performance trends across the entire marketing funnel.
- • You will be responsible for developing and advancing sophisticated nurture programs, exploring and implementing product-led growth loops, and designing re-engagement campaigns. These efforts are crucial for increasing customer activation, fostering long-term retention, and driving expansion revenue.
- • Contributing to organic growth strategies is also a significant part of this role. You will work on optimizing content and technical SEO to enhance our online visibility, attract consistent inbound traffic, and generate high-quality leads through organic channels.
- • You will own the growth experimentation roadmap, meticulously designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and other experiments to achieve incremental performance gains. Close collaboration with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team will be essential to guarantee accurate tracking, robust reporting, and reliable attribution of all growth marketing activities.
- • Cross-functional collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with the broader marketing team, sales development representatives (SDRs), account executives (AEs), product marketing, and customer success managers. This ensures alignment on pipeline targets, messaging consistency, and the effective utilization of customer insights to drive integrated go-to-market initiatives.
- • At the core of every growth decision will be a deep understanding of the customer. You will ensure that all campaigns and messaging are rooted in a thorough comprehension of user pain points, behaviors, and motivations, creating value at every touchpoint.
- • This role requires a hands-on approach, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. You will be empowered to take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and make a tangible impact on SoSafe's growth trajectory.
- • You will be expected to manage marketing budgets effectively, set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize for funnel efficiency and overall marketing ROI.

- • You will be a champion for a customer-centric approach, driven by a desire to understand buyer journeys and deliver exceptional value throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • Fluency in English is required, with a strong preference for candidates who also possess proficiency in French, German, or Spanish, given SoSafe's international presence.
