- • Dash0 is at the vanguard of the observability revolution, seeking a visionary Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a profound technical understanding and a flair for strategic campaign architecture. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, category-defining startup and play a pivotal role in establishing its global demand generation engine. You will be instrumental in transforming complex technical concepts, particularly around OpenTelemetry and advanced monitoring patterns, into compelling narratives and high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with technical audiences such as SREs, CTOs, and Platform Engineers worldwide.
- • As one of our foundational marketing hires, you will embody an 'all hands on deck' spirit, taking ownership of building the campaign and content function from its inception. This includes scaling our YouTube presence, a critical channel for technical education and thought leadership, and meticulously shaping the overarching narrative of Dash0 as a leader in the observability space. Your contributions will directly influence how developers perceive and interact with our AI-centric, OpenTelemetry-native platform, which is designed to eliminate vendor lock-in and reduce operational toil with transparent pricing and cost control.
- • Your core responsibility will be Campaign Architecture: deconstructing intricate technical documentation, research papers, and product insights into strategic 'campaign blocks.' These blocks will form the basis for multi-channel marketing efforts, including meticulously crafted email sequences, engaging social media campaigns, and high-converting landing pages, all precisely tailored to the specific needs and understanding of technical personas. You will need to possess a high degree of technical intuition to identify the most impactful 'hooks' for different levels of technical expertise and seniority.
- • A key focus will be on AI-Enabled Workflows. You will lead the charge in integrating cutting-edge AI tools, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced research assistants, into our content creation and campaign execution lifecycle. The goal is to significantly drive efficiency and productivity while rigorously maintaining an exceptionally high bar for technical accuracy and quality. This involves not just using AI, but strategically leveraging it to enhance our marketing output.
- • You will also Own the strategy for Global Market Adaptation. This entails ensuring that our marketing campaigns are not only technically sound but also culturally nuanced and relevant for diverse international markets. Understanding regional technical landscapes and communication styles will be crucial for successful global outreach and demand generation.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Personalization strategies. This involves creating data-driven, highly personalized campaign tracks specifically targeted at high-value enterprise accounts, fostering deeper engagement and conversion.
- • A significant part of your role will involve supporting and shaping our Multimedia & YouTube Strategy. You will contribute to developing a video content strategy that leverages narrative storytelling, including in-depth tutorials and insightful thought leadership pieces, to effectively drive top-of-funnel awareness and establish Dash0 as a go-to resource for observability knowledge.
- • You will foster a strong DevRel Partnership, collaborating closely with our Developer Relations team. This partnership will be key to identifying emerging and trending technical topics within the developer community, and to supporting the end-to-end execution of high-value webinars and technical content initiatives that engage and educate our target audience.
- • Finally, you will work closely with our design teams to ensure a premium and consistent Visual Identity across all marketing collateral and campaign materials. You will also provide essential 'startup-style' support for PR and broader brand-building initiatives, contributing to Dash0's overall market presence and recognition.
- • This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, marketing expertise, and a builder's mindset. You are someone who thrives on creating, iterating, and scaling, with a deep understanding of how to translate complex technical value propositions into tangible business outcomes.
