- • This pivotal role of Senior Growth Product Manager is designed to significantly enhance our subscription products by focusing on Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) optimization. The core objective is to achieve a measurable 15% quarterly ARPU increase. This ambitious target will be met through strategic improvements in user retention, deepening user engagement, and elevating the perceived value of our products. You will be instrumental in driving these key metrics, directly impacting the success and growth of our offerings.

- • As the Senior Growth Product Manager, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive ownership of ARPU growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and hypothesis generation through to design, implementation, quality assurance, data analysis, and the critical decision-making process for scaling successful features or retiring underperforming ones. You will be expected to build and meticulously optimize robust retention and engagement loops that foster deeper user satisfaction and extend the overall subscription lifetime.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves a deep dive into user behavior. You will analyze user journeys, pinpoint critical engagement gaps, and architect and implement product enhancements that demonstrably increase the perceived value for our users. Your approach will be firmly rooted in a hypothesis-driven methodology. You will leverage a combination of product data, user feedback, and market research to identify promising opportunities. The ability to rapidly generate, rigorously validate, and efficiently execute hypotheses is paramount. You will own these initiatives end-to-end, ensuring they are brought to fruition with high-quality standards.
