- • The Senior Growth Product Manager will drive new growth opportunities for MusesAcademy, a microlearning lifestyle platform for women, by building effective user acquisition funnels and exploring new business directions to enable scalable, systematic growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching new market segments through competitor and trend analysis, designing and optimizing user acquisition flows via continuous experimentation, creating data-driven processes for consistent results, coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, development, product), and leading and developing a Product Marketing team.
- • Futurra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product EdTech company focused on innovative cross-platform products, including MusesAcademy, MathMaster, and a proprietary VPN, with a mission to transformative team members growt supports Ukraine through partnerships with the SKELAR foundation, providing educational and career support to veterans and their families on a volunteer basis.
- • In this role will develop scalable systems for growth, data-informed decision-making, audience psychology, and team leadership while directly impacting the company’s trajectory and gaining experience in high-growth EdTech product marketing at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
- • Desire to develop in team management
- • Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to work with data for informed decisions and long-term strategy
- • Deep understanding of audience psychology and ability to find the right angles for selling
- • Ability to build scalable systems that deliver consistent results
- • Ability to research market, current trends, and competitors
- • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
