📋 Description

  • As Senior GTM Strategic Operations Manager at Twilio, you will serve as the chief architect of sales capacity and the primary voice of business performance insights, bridging the gap between board expectations and sales engine delivery by owning capacity models that dictate hiring plans and providing strategic insights to leadership.
  • Day to day, you will design and maintain complex sales capacity models across Strategic, NB, and Self Service segments; define and track Time-to-Productivity and ramp-adjusted quotas; analyze performance trends to identify root causes of gaps; leverage customer segmentation data for actionable recommendations; prepare data-backed narratives for leadership meetings; and act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Finance, and HR to align on capacity assumptions.
