As a Senior GTM Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the technical foundation that drives our outbound sales operations. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional RevOps and step into the lead architect role for our automated workflows and critical deliverability infrastructure.
• • Your core mission will be to conceptualize, construct, and sustain a highly scalable engine that empowers our sales team to operate at peak efficiency. This involves ensuring that our outbound communications consistently reach their intended inboxes, that data flows seamlessly and accurately between all integrated systems, and that our automation stack, particularly n8n, remains robust, reliable, and free from errors. You will be the guardian of our outbound engine, ensuring its performance and integrity.
• • In terms of Outbound Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a high-scale email architecture. This encompasses critical elements such as strategic domain warmup processes, effective domain rotation strategies to maintain sender reputation, and meticulous DNS management, including the configuration and upkeep of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Your expertise will ensure our domains are trusted and our emails are delivered.
• • As an Automation & Workflow Engineer, you will architect and build sophisticated, multi-step automated workflows. Leveraging n8n and native integrations, you will connect our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, various data enrichment providers, and other essential internal tools. This involves translating complex business processes into efficient, automated sequences that reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
• • Data Pipeline Management is another key area of responsibility. You will be tasked with creating and managing robust data transformation pipelines, utilizing APIs and webhooks to ensure clean, accurate JSON mapping. Your work will guarantee reliable and consistent data flow into our HubSpot CRM, providing our sales team with the most up-to-date and relevant information.
• • Deliverability Monitoring will be a proactive and continuous effort. You will closely track key metrics such as bounce rates, spam placement rates, and overall sender reputation. By identifying and addressing potential issues promptly, you will maximize the reach and effectiveness of our outbound sales sequences, ensuring our messages are seen.
• • System Architecture documentation is crucial for scalability and team enablement. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting all designed workflows, system integrations, and architectural decisions. This documentation will serve as the definitive source of truth, enabling the broader team to understand, operate, and troubleshoot the GTM systems independently, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and self-sufficiency.
