📋 Description
- • Senior GTM Talent Partner at Incident Technologies, Inc., a leading AI incident response platform helping companies like Netflix, Airbnb, and Block reduce downtime and improve reliability through integrated on-call, incident response, AI SRE, and status page solutions.
- • Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, and similar positions, partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and GTM leaders to define hiring standards and source exceptional talent.
- • Work within a fast-growing, ambitious team that values product quality, customer impact, and in-person collaboration, with expectations of at least three days per week in the San Francisco office to foster learning and speed.
- • Drive high-quality hiring by using creative sourcing strategies, managing candidate experience from first contact to offer, tracking pipeline health, and championing rigorous standards to secure world-class talent in a competitive market.
