- • Lead complex healthcare actuarial engagements as a trusted advisor to employers, insurers, and providers, delivering insights that shape financial strategy, product design, pricing, reserving, and risk management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include directing advanced actuarial analyses, developing pricing and reserving models, mentoring junior staff, driving innovation in actuarial tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to support evolving healthcare markets.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, or related field.
- • FSA strongly preferred; ASA with significant senior-level experience considered.
- • 8–10+ years of healthcare actuarial experience in commercial healthcare, stop-loss, H&W consulting, care management, reserving, pricing, pharmacy/PBM analytics, or model development.
- • Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, VBA, R, or Python.
- • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences.
- • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and client-facing experience.
