• • As a Senior HR Business Partner at Cohere Inc., you will serve as a collaborative partner and trusted advisor to tech teams, enabling impact by bridging organizational growth with an exceptional employee experience. This role is critical in supporting Cohere’s mission to scale intelligence for humanity by ensuring tech teams have the HR support they need to innovate and thrive.
• • Day to day, you will build strong relationships with tech leaders from new to senior managers, act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and organizational design, support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation processes, empower leaders through feedback and guidance, navigate ambiguous people challenges, and assist the SVP People with initiatives supporting tech teams and global operations.
