📋 Description

• As a Senior HR Business Partner for GTM at Horizon3.ai, you will partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing leaders to translate business goals into people strategies that drive performance and scale in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
• You will coach frontline and second-line sales leaders on performance management, accountability, and building high-performing teams, while supporting manager effectiveness through feedback culture, inspection rigor, and consistent performance standards across SDR, AE, and CS roles.
• You will join a fast-growing, remote-first cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators and startup engineers, committed to solving security challenges through innovation, collaboration, and a culture of ownership and results.
• You will develop expertise in aligning HR strategy with revenue-driven business outcomes, using data to influence decisions, leading talent reviews and succession planning, and building scalable programs that support speed to productivity and long-term GTM success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven HRBP experience (7–10 years) supporting high-growth GTM or sales organizations
• Strong understanding of sales motions (SDR, AE, CS), performance metrics, and productivity drivers
• Experience coaching sales leaders and managing performance in quota-carrying environments
• Ability to operate as a strategic partner while executing in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Comfort using data to influence decisions and challenge leaders constructively
• Significant experience partnering with globally distributed teams across time zones
