Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Senior HR Business Partner for Wrike’s Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will be a primary architect of the 'Future of Work' strategy, balancing high-volume operational partnership with a transformative mandate to redesign roles for an AI-integrated world.
- • You will bridge the gap between business strategy and people excellence, ensuring GTM teams are skilled, motivated, and highly enabled to scale, while acting as a pragmatic problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders using data to identify and resolve business friction before it scales.
- • You will lead the redesign of GTM roles and build comprehensive Skills Matrices in collaboration with GTM leaders, transform the Talent Review process into a meaningful growth engine, launch and manage the 'Next Job Ready' internal mobility initiative, and navigate a high-volume environment managing complex requests with speed and precision across GTM and Marketing functions.
- • You will be expected to relentlessly identify and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by building custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting automated processes to shift the GTM People team from manual execution to strategic oversight.
- • You will report directly to the Lead HRBP for GTM & Marketing, joining a team that values high enablement and professional growth, collaborating daily with the internal HRBP team, HR Ops, Stakeholders, and Finance, with primary partners being Director-level leaders and their direct reports, alongside employees across the organization.
- • Wrike operates in a high-paced, ever-changing, flexible environment with a hybrid work model: employees near hubs (San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, Tallinn) are recommended to come in 2–3 times per week, while remote employees are expected to travel to Prague or Cyprus offices roughly once every 3 months.
- • The company uses Wrike for project management and productivity, G Suite, UKG, and Engagedly, and follows a meritocracy that rewards high performance, drive, and independent problem-solving.
- • This role offers the rare opportunity to move beyond maintenance into role-design and AI-integration, working under a manager deeply committed to your career acceleration in a culture that values being smart, dedicated, approachable, customer-focused, collaborative, creative, and committed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.
- • Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices.
- • Demonstrated ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.
- • Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
- • Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana, etc.), with comfort managing work, tracking projects, and collaborating asynchronously in a centralized platform.
- • Comfortable diving into spreadsheets or HRIS data to prove hypotheses or track program success via NPS and feedback scores.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work on transformative 'Future of Work' and AI-integration initiatives, redesigning roles and building Skills Matrices for GTM teams.
- • Access to Wrike’s internal AI tools to build custom Gems and automate HRBP workflows, shifting focus from manual execution to strategic oversight.
- • Hybrid work model with 2–3 in-office days per week near hubs (San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, Tallinn) and expected travel to Prague or Cyprus offices once every 3 months for remote employees.
- • Direct reporting to a leader deeply committed to your career acceleration and professional growth.
- • Use of Wrike for end-to-end workflow management, ensuring total transparency and collaboration across the global People team.
- • Meritocratic culture that rewards high performance, drive, and independent problem-solving, with emphasis on being smart, dedicated, approachable, customer-focused, collaborative, creative, and committed.
