📋 Description

• • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to Go-To-Market (GTM) executives, department heads, and managers across Revenue and Marketing functions.
• • Lead the development and execution of the annual Revenue and Marketing Divisional People Plan, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and tracking measurable impact.
• • Act as a strategic coach and thought partner to C-Suite leaders, shaping and implementing people initiatives that drive organizational performance and business outcomes.
• • Own the delivery and continuous improvement of cyclical HR processes including performance management, goal setting, feedback cycles, promotions, spot bonuses, and compensation planning within GTM divisions.
• • Monitor, analyze, and report on workforce data for GTM teams to enable data-driven decision-making by leadership.
• • Drive division-wide employee engagement initiatives, including action planning, reporting, and communication, while supporting managers in interpreting results and taking corrective actions.
• • Champion consistent adoption of HR policies and practices across GTM, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and local labor laws in the US, UK, Europe, and APAC.
• • Provide expert coaching to people managers on tactical HR issues such as probation reviews, performance improvement, absence management, employee relations, and conduct.
• • Represent the People team on Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, including year-end performance reviews, merit increases, and promotion processes.
• • Lead global HR projects with company-wide impact, such as legal entity setup, regional expertise development, or enterprise-wide DEI programs.
• • Mentor and develop junior members of the People Experience Team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and upskilling.
• • Partner closely with People Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, merit, and promotions, with a focus on process efficiency and employee experience.
• • Serve as the geographic HR lead and advisor for the USA and UK regions, ensuring localized compliance and cultural alignment.
• • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution and adapting to evolving business needs.
• • Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and the quality of HR deliverables while applying critical judgment and ethical standards.
