- • Join Strada, a global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, as a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist with German language skills to support end-to-end payroll operations for German clients across 180+ countries.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the German payroll lifecycle, conducting root cause analysis for payroll issues, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining compliance with legislation, supporting client inquiries, guiding project implementations, and mentoring junior team members through training and coaching.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, innovative payroll team within a multinational organization that values anticipating customer needs, owning outcomes, working smarter, empowering collaboration, and caring about impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international payroll compliance, develop leadership and coaching abilities, gain exposure to global HR technology systems, and contribute to process innovation while advancing your career in a growing, people-first company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-4 years of relevant experience administering payroll in HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environments
- • Very good English and German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- • Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings while also working independently with adherence to processes
- • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment
