- • Serve as the primary system administrator for Sphera’s global HR technology stack, managing implementation, configuration, integration, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems.
- • Ensure data integrity across HR databases by performing regular audits, validating entries, and maintaining accuracy and consistency of employee and compensation records.
- • Partner with HR leadership to administer critical processes including merit increases, incentive programs, and bonus distributions—from budget planning through final delivery to employees.
- • Model and analyze the organizational and financial impact of HR initiatives using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- • Champion the review, development, and documentation of HR processes, including creation and maintenance of job aids and procedural guides.
- • Lead HR internal audit and compliance initiatives, acting as the primary HR representative during company-wide audits such as SOC and ISO.
- • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve technical concerns related to HR platforms, including configuration, eligibility rules, calculated fields, and security roles.
- • Develop and deliver advanced HR reports and analytics, including dashboards, business process metrics, and security role analyses to support operational and strategic needs.
- • Own end-to-end HR systems training programs and documentation, ensuring users across global teams can effectively utilize HR technology tools.
- • Act as a utility player within the Global Total Rewards and HR Operations team, stepping in to support diverse projects and operational needs as required.
- • Maintain deep expertise in accessing, modifying, and safeguarding HR data to ensure compliance, privacy, and system reliability.
- • Translate complex HR and financial information into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences through written and oral communication.
- • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, adapting flexibly to shifting business demands while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in HR systems administration with hands-on experience using Workday
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- • Understanding of business and financial programs and terminology
- • Functional knowledge of HR methodologies, programs, and practices
- • Crisp attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- • Analytical and consultative capabilities to communicate complex information clearly in written and oral form
