📋 Description

• Own the design, support, and maintenance of Ryan’s HRIS platforms, ensuring seamless integrations and rock-solid data integrity
• Partner with stakeholders to spot process-improvement opportunities and deliver Workday enhancements that make life easier for 3,000+ employees
• Build and maintain dashboards, weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, EEO filings, and ad-hoc analytics that drive real business decisions
• Lead small-to-mid-size People Group projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, training, and change management
• Serve as the go-to technical contact for Workday modules, troubleshooting issues, coordinating vendor fixes, and safeguarding internal controls
