• • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated team. This full-time, remote position, open to candidates based in the United States, will report to the Director of Human Resources Operations. The Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in providing exemplary employee support and driving strategic systems management to enhance our robust HR function. This role is crucial for ensuring our global workforce is supported, compliant, and benefits from efficient HR operations.
• • A core responsibility of this position is the management of RTSL's global benefits strategy. This involves the comprehensive design, meticulous evaluation, and effective delivery of benefits programs that are both competitive and cost-effective for our diverse, international workforce. You will be instrumental in advising leadership on the most advantageous benefits options, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and employee needs. This includes staying abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to maintain a leading-edge benefits package.
• • Furthermore, the Senior HR Manager will serve as the primary owner and administrator of the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This critical function ensures the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of our employee data. You will be responsible for maintaining the HRIS architecture, ensuring process alignment across HR functions, and guaranteeing compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international regulations. This includes overseeing system updates, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the HRIS to support efficient HR operations and strategic decision-making.
• • Leave administration is another key area of oversight. You will manage and refine our leave policies and procedures, ensuring they are fair, compliant, and supportive of our employees' needs. This includes handling complex leave cases, providing guidance to employees and managers, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• • Ensuring HR compliance across all levels of the organization is paramount. You will be responsible for staying informed about and implementing all relevant employment laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally. This involves developing and updating HR policies, conducting regular audits, and mitigating risks to ensure RTSL operates with the highest standards of ethical and legal conduct.
• • This role also acts as the primary liaison for employees regarding all benefits and leave-related inquiries. You will provide expert guidance, resolve issues promptly, and foster a positive employee experience by offering clear, accessible support.
