📋 Description

• Senior Implementation Consultant role focused on leading Cloudinary implementations using the proprietary CLOUD methodology and internal delivery playbooks, ensuring successful project outcomes for global customers.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff to go-live, owning scope, risks, and stakeholder alignment, and independently leading lighter projects while collaborating with Solution Architects on complex engagements.
• Part of Cloudinary’s globally distributed Professional Services team across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific, working within a culture rooted in humility, curiosity, collaboration, and purpose-driven innovation.
• Opportunity to develop deep expertise in Cloudinary’s visual media platform, sharpen customer advisory and project leadership skills, and drive measurable impact by turning complex onboarding into repeatable customer wins.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading customer-facing implementation or delivery projects, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions, with deep product consultation and advisory skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially when engaging senior customer stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management, including scope, risk, and timeline ownership with minimal oversight.
• Experience working in hybrid or globally distributed teams, with comfort navigating cross-cultural collaboration.
