- • As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will implement and customize Eclipse solutions for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their businesses are optimized.
- • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and achieving satisfaction benchmarks.
- • We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Eclipse solutions.
- • Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
- • Implement Eclipse solutions to meet client requirements.
- • Customize and configure Eclipse software according to client specifications.
- • Conduct training sessions and provide support for clients.
- • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
- • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- • Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines.
- • Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.
- • 5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse software experience.
- • Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry.
- • 3+ year of consulting experience preferred.
- • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- • Ability to travel up to 60%.
- • Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time, performing work plans, identifying resource requirements, establishing priorities for available resources, and monitoring the performance of project tasks.
- • Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently.
- • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations, with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

- • 5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse software experience.
- • Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry.
- • 3+ year of consulting experience preferred.
- • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- • Ability to travel up to 60%.
