• • Senior Implementation Engineer at Docker Inc. focused on executing customer onboarding initiatives for Docker Hub, the world’s largest container registry service, ensuring smooth and seamless onboarding experiences for new customers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to refine onboarding operations, guiding customers through initial journey points, iterating on strategies and automations to streamline workflows, contributing to the team knowledge base, carrying out day-to-day onboarding strategies for rapid execution with minimal friction, ensuring smooth transitions between teams, providing personalized onboarding with automated workflows, and exercising clear communication and collaboration for scalability.
• • Docker is a remote-first company with a global team united by innovation and great developer experiences, trusted by over 20 million monthly users and processing 20 billion image pulls monthly; the Customer Success team supports customers using Docker Hub, serving community developers, open source projects, and ISVs.
