This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless and successful integration of our innovative solution for a diverse range of top-tier employers across the United States.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end ownership of the client implementation lifecycle, from the initial point of sale through to the successful "Go-Live" of the DailyPay platform. Your primary objective will be to orchestrate and manage all aspects of the implementation process, ensuring that the setup meticulously aligns with each client's unique business objectives and strategic goals. This involves a deep understanding of client needs, translating them into actionable project plans, and driving execution with precision and efficiency.
  • • A key facet of your responsibility will be to serve as the primary liaison and bridge between our valued clients' executive sponsors and our internal cross-functional teams. This requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project duration. You will be the trusted advisor, guiding clients through the transition and championing the value of DailyPay.
  • • Proactive risk mitigation is paramount in this position. You will be expected to anticipate and identify potential challenges, including "scope creep" and unforeseen technical hurdles, that could jeopardize project timelines or impact budgets. Your ability to foresee these obstacles and implement effective strategies to overcome them will be critical to maintaining project momentum and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes developing contingency plans and adapting strategies as needed.
  • • You will play a vital role in providing strategic alignment and enhancing visibility across DailyPay’s entire portfolio of active implementations. This involves maintaining a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects, identifying interdependencies, and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet overarching company objectives. Your contribution will help streamline our implementation processes and maximize our delivery capacity.
  • • Conflict resolution will be an integral part of your daily activities. You will adeptly manage and resolve any friction that arises when teams encounter issues or blockers, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and constructively. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining team cohesion and driving projects forward despite complexities.
  • • A significant aspect of your contribution will involve developing and managing organizational process assets and tools. This initiative aims to drive efficiencies and best practices across all projects, standardizing methodologies and enhancing the overall project management framework. Your insights will help refine our implementation playbook and contribute to scalable growth.
  • • You will leverage your expertise in SaaS implementation, including a strong understanding of API integrations, data migrations, and complex product configurations. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is essential for navigating diverse project requirements and client environments. Your technical acumen will ensure that implementations are robust and scalable.
  • • Hands-on experience with project management software and CRM platforms is required to effectively track progress, manage resources, and maintain client communication. Furthermore, your proven ability in change management will be crucial for guiding organizations through the transition from legacy systems to the adoption of DailyPay's new technology, ensuring a smooth and successful user experience.
  • • Your performance will be measured by key indicators such as "Time-to-Revenue," focusing on reducing the duration between contract signature and the client's first product launch, and "Customer Relationship," measured by high Customer Satisfaction scores specifically related to the onboarding experience. Your success directly contributes to DailyPay's revenue growth and market leadership.
