- • Lead complex, AI-driven implementation projects with minimal oversight, translating Accounts Payable workflows into optimized, AI-powered solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to finance and accounting leaders.
- • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from deal close through full adoption, designing and deploying AI-enabled AP workflows that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability, and guiding customers through process transformation beyond basic system setup.
- • Partner with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure cross-functional alignment, develop repeatable AI-first implementation playbooks, and mentor junior consultants on implementation strategy and AI application.
- • Drive successful Go-Lives by managing timelines, resources, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams, while championing AI adoption through daily personal use of AI tools, educating customers on operationalizing AI, and pushing beyond automation to transform how AP work gets done.
- • Standardize and scale implementation practices by partnering with Operations to define standards and support partner-led models with clear frameworks, contributing to a culture of innovation that sets the standard for AI use across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in software implementations (ERP, finance systems, or adjacent)
- • Strong Accounts Payable domain expertise strongly preferred (invoice processing, procure-to-pay workflows, financial operations)
- • Proven track record of actively using AI tools in day-to-day work to solve real business problems and improve outcomes
- • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification is a plus
- • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- • Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
