📋 Description

• • Senior Implementations Program Manager responsible for delivering business outcomes and building end-to-end implementations process for Remote Embedded partners, reporting to the GM, Remote Embedded.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing partner implementation timelines, leading project planning and tracking, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience, Operations), owning partner relationships during implementation, identifying and mitigating risks, developing integration best practices and training materials, and maintaining partner knowledge bases and documentation systems.
