- • In this role, you will assume end-to-end ownership of both net-new and strategically vital client accounts. This includes developing comprehensive influencer and content strategies meticulously tailored to meet specific client objectives. You will define optimal content formats, identify ideal creator profiles, and establish creative direction that not only resonates with target audiences but also demonstrably drives campaign performance. Your strategic insights will be crucial in ensuring our influencer efforts align perfectly with broader marketing goals.
- • A core responsibility will be the complete lifecycle management of influencer campaigns. From the initial brief and strategic planning stages through to campaign launch, ongoing optimization, and comprehensive results analysis, you will oversee every phase. This hands-on approach ensures that campaigns are executed flawlessly and are continuously refined to maximize impact across multiple accounts simultaneously. You will be the driving force behind campaign success, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are exceeded.
- • As the primary day-to-day point of contact for your assigned accounts, you will cultivate strong client relationships. This involves guiding clients through every aspect of the influencer process, from strategic development and creator selection to the nuances of campaign execution. Your ability to communicate complex strategies clearly and confidently will be paramount in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into actionable influencer plans.
- • You will lead the critical process of influencer discovery and shortlisting. This involves a sophisticated blend of strategic rationale – evaluating reach, engagement potential, conversion capabilities, and pricing – combined with proactive, hands-on relationship building with creators. Identifying the right partners is key to campaign success, and you will leverage your expertise to build a roster of high-performing, brand-aligned influencers.
- • Content quality and brand compliance are non-negotiable. You will own the influencer content approval process, meticulously reviewing all submitted content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, adheres to all legal and brand guidelines, and is perfectly aligned with the client's brand identity before it goes live. This gatekeeping function is vital for protecting brand reputation and ensuring campaign integrity.
- • Continuous performance monitoring and optimization are essential. You will be responsible for actively optimizing the creator mix, refining content formats, and adjusting execution tactics in real-time to ensure campaigns consistently deliver against key performance indicators, including awareness, traffic generation, and conversion goals. Data-driven decision-making will be at the heart of your optimization efforts.
- • Operational excellence is key. You will be responsible for setting up and meticulously maintaining creator-related Airtable tabs for your accounts. This includes ensuring all creator data, agreed-upon rates, deliverable schedules, and strategic rationale are accurate, up-to-date, and client-ready. Clean and organized operational workflows are fundamental to our agency's efficiency and client reporting.
- • While this role does not involve formal people management, you will play a crucial role in team enablement. You will guide and oversee Mid-level and Junior Influencer Managers on select accounts, providing mentorship, reviewing their work, and ensuring best practices are followed. Your leadership will help elevate the capabilities of the broader influencer team.
- • Collaboration with leadership is integral to this role. You will work closely with the Head of Influencer Marketing and the wider leadership team to help shape and refine best practices for influencer execution across the agency. Your insights and experience will contribute to the continuous improvement of our influencer marketing function.
- • Proactive risk management and transparent communication are vital. You will be expected to identify and surface potential risks, blockers, and trade-offs early in the process. Clear documentation of decisions and well-reasoned recommendations for both clients and internal teams will ensure smooth project progression and mitigate potential issues before they escalate.
- • This role demands a seasoned influencer marketer who can independently manage complex client work, consistently make astute strategic decisions regarding creators, content, and performance, and effectively guide junior team members.
