📋 Description

• • Senior Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for managing low voltage cable projects for NewEra Technologies Ltd.'s Campus Transformation division, ensuring successful delivery of strategic infrastructure projects including new builds, site upgrades, refreshes, and personnel relocations in enterprise-scale environments.
• • Day-to-day duties include defining project requirements, creating RFPs and bid packages, participating in vendor selection and award, managing work progress post-award, coordinating with team members and dependent organizations, maintaining cabling documentation, preparing design packages (floor plans, riser diagrams, schedules), managing suppliers/vendors, providing regular status reports to management, maintaining detailed project plans and metrics, and producing/submitting necessary paperwork for internal approvals (FEMA, RFPs, POs).
