- • As a Senior Inside Sales Executive - Commercial Auto at Kemper Corporation, you will lead the development and performance of Inside Sales Executives to drive new business growth in commercial auto insurance, directly contributing to the company’s market success and customer satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading onboarding and mentoring of new agents, conducting 20–50 outbound calls daily, managing agent performance through weekly/monthly reports and team meetings, coordinating with Regional Sales Directors to resolve operational issues, training agents on underwriting guidelines and company systems, matching agencies to appropriate products, maintaining CRM data and territory reports, and participating in occasional field visits and industry events.
- • You will be part of Kemper’s specialized insurance team, a national leader in niche markets, where a high-performing culture, professional development opportunities, and work-life balance are prioritized to empower employees to make a meaningful impact on customers with unique insurance needs.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and coaching skills, deepen your expertise in commercial auto insurance underwriting and sales processes, gain experience in performance management and CRM utilization, and position yourself for potential career advancement into outside sales or regional leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree preferred
- • 5+ years of Inside Sales experience
- • 2 years of industry experience
- • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports
