  • • As a Senior Inside SDR for Perk Events, you will serve as the dedicated growth engine for Perk’s Events and MICE proposition, focusing exclusively on expanding revenue within the existing client base rather than pursuing new logos. Your role is critical to unlocking untapped event spend across Perk’s global portfolio of 10,000+ corporate clients, directly contributing to the company’s mission of eliminating shadow work and powering real impact through intelligent travel and spend management.
  • • You will conduct structured discovery conversations with existing Perk account contacts to uncover current events spend, upcoming programmes, and unmet needs, mapping stakeholder landscapes to identify budget owners, influencers, and gaps in Perk Events’ footprint. This includes proactively identifying seasonal triggers such as team off-sites, sales kick-offs, client entertainment, awards, and product launches to engage accounts ahead of planning cycles and build a predictable, forecastable pipeline sourced entirely from current customers.
  • • You will articulate Perk Events’ value proposition — covering venue sourcing, event management, incentive travel, conferencing, and more — clearly and convincingly to stakeholders at all levels, from procurement and executive assistants to HR and senior executives, positioning Perk Events as the natural home for an account’s full events calendar rather than just individual transactions.
  • • You will build and maintain multi-threaded relationships within accounts, engaging senior decision-makers and budget holders beyond day-to-day contacts, acting as the bridge between commercial account teams and the Events/MICE proposition to ensure joined-up client engagement and smooth handover to the Perk Events conversion team with full context on client requirements.
  • • You will own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate stage progression, deal values, and qualification, while reporting weekly on activity metrics, pipeline health, and generation against target, and sharing market intelligence and client feedback with Events and Commercial teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the MICE landscape, refine advanced stakeholder engagement and consultative selling skills within complex organisations, and gain hands-on experience driving revenue growth through strategic account expansion — positioning yourself for advancement into senior sales, account management, or sales leadership roles within Perk’s high-growth Events division.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrable experience in business development, account growth, or sales within the events SaaS space, corporate travel management (TMC), events agency, or hospitality group.
  • • Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing account base through structured outbound prospecting, not reliant on inbound leads.
  • • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills: ability to build rapport quickly, navigate complex organisations, and influence without authority.
  • • Fluency in English (written and spoken) to a professional business standard; German language proficiency is a nice-to-have.
  • • Experience working in European and/or North American markets.
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort with pipeline reporting, forecasting, and revenue target management.
