- • The Senior Insurance Product Compliance Professional serves as a subject matter expert and primary resource for ensuring Humana's Member Marketing and Communication materials follow all federal and state regulatory requirements, playing a critical role in maintaining compliance excellence across enterprise-level marketing and communications.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing the review of marketing materials for CMS and state regulatory compliance, implementing filings with CMS and state agencies, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales) and external regulators, monitoring regulatory changes, developing documentation systems, strategizing responses to audits and inquiries, identifying and implementing process improvements, and mentoring compliance associates.
