  • • As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at GoTo, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to drive significant marketing-generated revenue for GoTo Connect, our cutting-edge business communications solution.
  • • This pivotal role places you at the heart of bringing our marketing strategies to life, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from initial concept and strategic planning through to meticulous execution and continuous optimization.
  • • You will possess a specialized focus on engaging and converting key decision-makers within enterprise organizations, specifically targeting Internal IT buyers and broader business buyers.
  • • Your strategic approach will encompass a sophisticated blend of traditional demand generation tactics and advanced account-based marketing (ABM) methodologies, including 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 engagement models.
  • • You will act as a driving force, leading and inspiring a cross-functional marketing team to achieve and exceed ambitious lead, pipeline, and revenue targets for GoTo Connect.
  • • A core responsibility involves deep collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales teams, and international counterparts to gain a profound understanding of target personas, unique product differentiators, and to effectively adapt global campaign strategies for localized execution.
  • • You will be tasked with designing highly targeted demand and account-based marketing campaigns tailored for distinct market segments: Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.
  • • This includes the critical definition of target account lists, the development of compelling messaging frameworks, the selection of appropriate content assets, the strategic mix of marketing channels, the allocation of budgets, and the establishment of clear, measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • You will be responsible for developing clear and inspiring campaign briefs that guide and motivate creative, digital, and operations teams.
  • • Your role will involve providing constructive feedback to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective marketing assets, guaranteeing that all deliverables align with best practices for the intended audience and chosen channels.
  • • A forward-thinking aspect of this role includes leveraging and rigorously validating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance campaign performance.
  • • This AI integration will focus on optimizing segmentation strategies, accelerating content creation processes, and employing predictive analytics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
