- • As a Senior Integrations Engineer at Vanta, you will own day-to-day execution for the Integrations Support squad, providing technical leadership and serving as the primary point of contact for escalations while partnering closely with Customer Success and Engineering to drive fixes and improvements, ensuring a consistently high-quality customer support experience.
- • You will resolve incoming integration issues by leveraging modern frameworks and tooling including TypeScript, React, and Node.js, own the support experience for the most complex integration tickets, set the quality bar, and coach the team on troubleshooting best practices to elevate overall support effectiveness.
- • Acting as the technical bridge between support and Customer Success, you will provide clear, proactive updates on incident status, impact, and resolution timelines, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams during critical integration events.
- • You will build and maintain internal knowledge bases, troubleshooting runbooks, and documentation that enable the broader support team to resolve common integration issues independently, reducing escalation volume and accelerating time-to-resolution through scalable self-service resources.
- • Working with talented and kind engineers, you will make a significant impact on Vanta’s customer base by enabling them to improve and prove their security posture through reliable, continuously monitored integrations across cloud providers, security tools, and SaaS applications.
- • In this technical leadership IC role, you will drive operational excellence by leading retrospectives, surfacing insights that shape the product roadmap, implementing fixes in production systems, and mentoring peers through your deep technical expertise and process ownership.
- • You will be open to using AI to amplify your skills, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact in troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication workflows.
- • With 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering and at least 2+ years supporting enterprise customers through integration implementation, you will bring the depth needed to handle sophisticated multi-cloud architectures, API rate limits, authentication issues, and custom integration workflows for enterprise clients.
- • Your strong technical communication skills will allow you to explain complex technical issues clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and reducing friction during incident resolution.
- • Experience working as part of an on-call rotation will ensure you prioritize the customer experience throughout the SDLC, maintaining service reliability and trust during off-hours events.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering
- • At least 2+ years supporting enterprise customers through integration implementation
- • Strong technical communication skills to explain complex issues to engineering and non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience working in an on-call rotation with customer experience as a priority
- • Deep troubleshooting and debugging skills, including comfort with logs, APIs, and root cause analysis in distributed systems
- • Openness to using AI responsibly to amplify skills and improve efficiency
- • Preferably proficient in Spanish for collaboration with Spanish-speaking teams and partners
