📋 Description

• • Lead the Group Internal Audit function for EXANTE, a pioneering wealth tech company with over 700 employees across 70+ locations, responsible for establishing and executing internal audit strategy across regulated entities in the EU, UK, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading complex audits of financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls; supervising and mentoring one Internal Auditor; preparing audit reports for the Audit Committee; liaising with regulators; and applying continuous auditing techniques using direct system data extraction.
