📋 Description

• • Lead the Group Internal Audit function at EXANTE, a pioneering wealth tech company with over 700 employees across 70+ nationalities, responsible for establishing and executing internal audit strategy across regulated entities in the EU, UK, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading risk-based audit planning and execution of financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls; supervising and mentoring one Internal Auditor; preparing audit reports for the Audit Committee; liaising with regulators and compliance officers; and providing pragmatic advice on control design and process improvements.
• • EXANTE is a rapidly expanding global fintech firm delivering centralized trading solutions and B2B financial infrastructure through its internally engineered platform, prioritizing investment in people and operating with automated processes, API-driven integrations, cloud infrastructure, and rapid product iteration.
