- • Lead the development and execution of integrated regional field marketing strategies across EMEA and other international growth markets to drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and strengthen brand presence.
- • Partner directly with international sales leadership to identify market opportunities, account priorities, and territory growth plans aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Translate global marketing campaigns into localized programs tailored to regional buyer personas, cultural nuances, industry needs, and market dynamics.
- • Own regional contribution to pipeline creation and influenced revenue through multi-channel campaigns including trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, digital programs, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of regional events, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, messaging alignment, logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
- • Serve as the primary marketing advisor to regional sales teams, SDRs, and leadership, ensuring alignment on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and follow-up processes.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine regional messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for international audiences.
- • Partner with Partner Marketing to support channel and alliance initiatives across international markets, driving co-marketing and joint go-to-market activities.
- • Provide market intelligence on regional trends, competitive dynamics, buyer behaviors, and cultural considerations to inform strategy and ensure local resonance while maintaining global brand consistency.
- • Track, analyze, and report on program performance metrics including pipeline impact, lead conversion rates, engagement data, and ROI to optimize future investments and campaign strategies.
- • Maintain strong forecasting discipline and communicate program outcomes and insights to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- • Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand Solink’s market presence in emerging international regions through targeted marketing initiatives.
- • Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR and other international marketing compliance requirements.
- • Work across multiple time zones to coordinate with global teams in Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing.
- • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to execute, track, and optimize campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- • Drive innovative customer and prospect engagement experiences that enhance brand awareness and support pipeline acceleration in international markets.
- • Maintain high standards of operational excellence in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with competing priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Act as a trusted strategic advisor for international go-to-market initiatives, influencing GTM strategy without direct authority over sales or partner teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant focus on international field marketing within SaaS or technology environments
- • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth across EMEA and/or other international regions
- • Experience partnering directly with enterprise or mid-market sales organizations
- • Strong expertise in integrated campaign planning, event marketing, ABM, and regional demand generation
- • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- • Must be a British Citizen or eligible to work in the United Kingdom
