• • The Senior Inventory Receiving Admin plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming inventory at Shield AI’s Dallas facility, directly supporting the production and deployment of advanced defense technologies like the V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft and Hivemind systems.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and unpacking shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders, inspecting for damage or discrepancies, updating inventory records in ERP systems, labeling and staging materials for production, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and audit standards.
