• • Own the end-to-end development of high-impact iOS features that 600,000 European SMEs rely on every day to run their finances—from real-time card transaction notifications to seamless invoice capture and multi-currency expense management.
• • Architect and evolve a 100 % Swift codebase that follows MVP + Coordinators patterns, ensuring the app remains performant, testable, and ready for rapid international expansion across Paris, Barcelona, Milan, and Berlin.
• • Collaborate daily inside a cross-functional squad of backend engineers, designers, and product managers to define, prototype, and ship user stories that cut onboarding time, reduce support tickets, and increase daily active usage.
• • Champion code quality by writing and reviewing unit tests (7,000+ already in place) and UI tests (500+), running continuous refactoring sprints, and enforcing SOLID principles so that every release raises the bar for stability and maintainability.
• • Solve complex real-time synchronization challenges—think instant balance updates, offline-first expense edits, and conflict-free multi-device access—leveraging Combine, Core Data, and cloud-driven event streams.
• • Drive the technical roadmap for the Cards & Acceptance domain, proposing architectural spikes, deprecating legacy modules, and introducing new tooling that keeps the mobile stack modern and developer-friendly.
• • Mentor junior and mid-level iOS engineers through pair programming, weekly tech talks, and documented best practices, accelerating their growth while reinforcing a culture of craftsmanship.
• • Instrument features with Firebase and custom analytics to measure adoption, funnel conversion, and crash-free sessions, turning data into actionable iterations that directly improve customer satisfaction.
• • Participate in guild-wide initiatives such as Tech Weeklies, Monthlies, and open-source contributions, ensuring Qonto remains visible and influential in the European iOS community.
• • Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline on GitLab + Bitrise, automating build, test, and deployment flows so that every pull request can reach production safely within hours, not days.
• • Engage in product discovery workshops, bringing a mobile-first perspective that shapes specifications, reduces scope creep, and delivers delightful user experiences that differentiate Qonto from legacy banks.
• • Ensure accessibility and localization excellence so that French, German, Italian, and Spanish-speaking customers enjoy an equally intuitive and inclusive banking experience.
• • Stay ahead of Apple ecosystem changes—SwiftUI, async/await, privacy manifests—evaluating and adopting innovations that give Qonto a competitive edge while safeguarding user trust.
